Kindred Skincare Company Serum Magique

Kindred Skincare Company Serum Magique

The much-anticipated Serum Magique ($145) is an anti-aging serum made with organic ingredients whose formula encourages cell turnover, aids in decreasing discoloration and promotes overall skin health.

Botanical ingredients in Serum Magique, in addition to Kindred’s signature oils, include Hawaiian sea silt for increased hydration, apple and argan stem cells for an antioxidant boost, aspen bark for gentle resurfacing, sake yeast filled with amino acids and American caviar oil to moisturize, and vitamin K for reduced discoloration.

“Many anti-aging skincare products are chemically based, but it’s absolutely possible to address common signs of aging in an ethical way with botanicals that deliver beautiful results,” said Frances Thrasher, founder of Kindred Skincare Co. “We are thrilled to introduce Serum Magique to the Kindred line, truly a magic elixir that blends our powerhouse oils with some of nature’s best anti-aging properties.”

1 oz. Stem Cell Serum

The perfect Stem Cell formula to encourage cell turnover, aid in decreasing discoloration, and overall skin health. We used the well-balanced combination of Hawaiian sea silt for increased hydration, an antioxidant boost with apple and argan stem cells, gentle resurfacing with sake yeast, rich moisture from American caviar oil, and reduced discoloration with the capillary aid of vitamin K. Combine these amazing ingredients with our powerhouse oils: Calendula, Evening Primrose, Rose Hip and geranium, and then you truly have a magic elixir. Apply a few drops on clean skin before moisturizing in the morning and/or evening. Kindred creator and founder Frances Thrasher uses the Serum at night before Intense Moisture.

I tried a sample of this product at a spa event at Montchanin Village yesterday evening. This morning, I noticed that a particular scar on my face is 90% attenuated. Additionally, I haven’t looked this refreshed in a while, and my skin hasn’t felt this healthy and smooth in years. For a product to work this quickly is remarkable, but due to clinical proof/results, stem cells are increasingly being taken seriously for the purposes of regeneration (i.e., I am not surprised). As a scientist, I respect the due-diligence and excellent research Frances (also, a scientist) has invested in this (and her other) organic product(s), and will consider it one of the necessary “tools” of my skin-care arsenal and regimen, moving forward. Thank you, Kindred!

People apply vitamin K to the skin to remove spider veins, bruises, scars, stretch marks, and burns. It is also used topically to treat rosacea, a skin condition that causes redness and pimples on the face. After surgery, vitamin K is used to speed up skin healing and reduce bruising and swelling.

Sake yeast, a byproduct of winemaking that has antioxidant properties and promotes the regeneration of cells.

Aspen Bark is a natural preservative that also is full of salicyns which help even out skin texture and clarity.
